Ripple Get Ripple

Neighbor marketing for trades and service businesses

Every finished job markets the next one.

When your crew finishes a job, the closest homes get a real postcard about the work on their street. The ones who want the same work ask, and the request lands in your CRM, tagged to the job.

Your neighbor just had it done. Want yours next?
We're already on your street. Scan the back to ask.

Hi neighbor, we just finished a job on Maple Ave and wanted to say hello. If your place could use the same, scan the code and tell us what you need.

The best time to market is when the truck is on the street

The work is finished and the neighbors can see it. Then the truck drives away and nobody follows up with the street.

Ripple does it for you. Nobody has to remember anything, because the job closing is the trigger.

It runs itself once it's set up

Nothing to remember

No lists to pull, cards to print or trips to the post office. Your crew marks the job complete like always.

Never the same door twice

One card per address every 6 months, so a weekly route doesn't mail the same street every week.

Requests land in your CRM

The code on the card opens a short form with your name on it. What they send arrives tagged to the job that earned it.

Getting started

  1. Approve your card. The front, the back and the note in your voice. Nothing mails until you sign off.
  2. Pick what triggers it. Every service line, or only the ones worth marketing.
  3. Set a monthly budget. A cap it won't cross, or open so every finished job sends cards.
  4. Finish jobs like you already do. The cards go out on their own.
  5. Answer the requests. They land in the CRM you already use, marked with the job they came from.

Questions

Who gets a card?

The homes closest to the job, addressed to the current resident.

Does it work with recurring work?

Yes. A recurring property sends cards at most once every 6 months, so a weekly route doesn't mail the same street every week.

What if a neighbor doesn't want them?

There's a page to stop them. Once a neighbor uses it, they never get another card from you.

How do I get it?

Email OpFix and we'll get you set up.
